Did you design this yourself?

Yes- from start to finish- after lots of testing and redesign of my original pattern


What is unique about your product?

First of all- there is no microfleece lining. It is bamboo lined with polyester to make it more stay dry. Second of all, it comes with 2 organic bamboo inserts. Additionally, and more importantly, the entire diaper (exclusive of snaps ) is made here. All of my fabrics, thread, aplix or touchtape closures are all manufactured right here in North America. This diaper is for those of us who want to encourage local businesses and shy away from products made abroad.

How did you get started making cloth diapers? 

I was dissatisfied with the diapers I had used for my first daughter. I was very unhappy also with the customer service I received, and felt I could make a better quality product for myself when it came to my son two years ago. So that is started me on this wonderful journey.

 
What made you decide to sell on Etsy?

The etsy community. Just as I was getting started, one mom here lost everything to a house fire and the community joined in to donate- and I knew this is where I belonged.
